Products and services are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the products or services on offer for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for products and services.
If you cancel a booking for an event/meeting (seminar, workshop, coaching session etc.) you may be eligible to a refund as follows: Bookings cancelled more than 7 working days prior to an event/meeting will qualify for a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled more than 2 working days prior to an event/meeting will qualify for a 50% refund and bookings cancelled within 2 working days of an event/meeting will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for a BUSSATs test are only possible if the cancellation has been instigated by BUSSATs or ASIS. If the candidate wishes to reschedule a test, the sum paid can be used in lieu. If the candidate does not appear at the test centre without prior notice, no refund will be authorised.
Refunds will be made to the debit/credit card used in the original transaction.
